AAA Annual Seerah Conference (Journey to Madina)

29th October 2022, The day of Journey to Madinah was special day for Seerah conference. In the memory of the last beloved Prophet of Islam, Hazrat Muhammad-e-Mustafa صلى الله عليه وسلم was celebrated. It was the first Seerah conference of our school and the day was completely showing the different fragrance and discipline of all the members of the conference. The conference was started with recitation of the holy Qur’an by our AAA student Aasim Turabi from grade 4th explorers. It was cherishing moment when the anchors from two languages were mixing the culture in the conference and making it attractive, Miss Aatiba Mushtaq from English department and Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Lone from Urdu department were the incharge of the podium. There were three sections in the competition of Seerah which were Naat competition, English Speech competition and Urdu speech competition.

Students from other schools also participated along with their escorted teachers. Students were boosted by the headmaster- Mr. Javid Ahmad Bhat and headmistress- Miss. Rohi Jan of Ayesha Ali Academy. The jury members Mr. Mursal Quraishi (Ayesha Ali Academy), Mr. Irshad Ahmad Nadwi (Ayesha Ali Academy) and Mr. Tawseef Ahmed (Green Valley School Yaripora, Kulgam).

The Chief guest Mr. Bashir Ahmad Khan (Zonal Education Planning Officer, Kulgam) was highly honored in the conference by Mr. Tahir Ayoub Pala and Mr. Shabeer Ahmad Bhat. After the student’s participation, the session was headed with the award ceremony under the supervision of our heads.

‘Guest of honor’ award was declared for:

a. Mr Javaid Ahmad Bhat (Headmaster Higher wing)

b. Miss Rohi Jan (Headmistress Lower wing)

c. Mr G N Nayyir (Senior Member of Management body)

The following were applauded for Award of appreciation:

1. Mr Mursal Quraishi (Chairman Discipline Committee Higher wing)

2. Miss Nelofar Jan (Chairman Discipline Committee lower wing)

3. Mr Tahir Ayoub Pala (Teacher’s Representative)

4. Mr Muhammad Ismail Bhat (Chairman Event Management Higher wing)

5. Miss Rumana Parveen (Chairman Event management Lower wing)

Then the results were declared with zeal and zest presence of students. Before the declaration, the process of judgment and its transparency were explained by the judges infront of the audience. Out of 31 students, 9 students got awarded with positions. The decimal in scores, finalized the winners of the Seerah conference ‘Journey to Madinah’

In naat section:

First position was secured by Farzana Showkat of 9th grade from Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Kulgam J&K.

Second position by Muhammad Waseem of 3 rd I from Ayesha Ali Academy, Kulgam.

Third position by Binyamin Nasir of 8th D from Ayesha Ali Academy, Kulgam.

In English Speeches:

First:  Ayesha Khanam of 9 th from Ayesha Ali Academy Kulgam

Second: Arfa Hamid of 10th from Green Valley Educational Institute, Yaripora Kulgam

Third: Malik Abdul Hanan of 8th from Ayesha Ali Academy Kulgam

In Urdu Speeches:

First: Syeda Zarmain of 3 rd grade from Ayesha Ali Academy Kulgam

Second: Noorain Gull of 9th grade from Ayesha Ali Academy Kulgam

Third: Anas Javaid of 7th grade from Imperial Convent School Kulgam

After the awards and certificates distribution in winners and participants. The vote of thanks was delivered by Miss Rumana Navreen in which she specially thanked the worthy Chairman Dr. Feroz Ahmad Padder for continuous support and appreciation the conference got concluded on the dua ceremony for academy, and for whole humanity by Mr. Mursal Quraishi.

Note: The heads of Ayesha Ali Academy are very thankful for some hidden faces of our conference who worked day and night to make it successful. Some names are worth to mention.
